The Letting Zone is the Letting division of the Property Exchange and is dedicated to Property Management. We offer full management for Landlords including property Marketing via ‘Rightmove’, Professional Tenant Referencing and Selection, Inventories, EPC, Contract Drafting  & Periodic Reviews. In addition we can provide Gas Safe Certification, Deposit Insurance, Electrical Inspections/Certifications & End of Tenancy Cleaning Services. We will ensure our Management Fees are extremely competitive.
